This policy explains what information Integration Lens collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy covers the integrationlens.com marketing website — not the Integration Lens managed package itself, which runs entirely inside your own Salesforce org and is governed separately by your organization's own data policies. This policy only concerns information you provide directly to us through this site, such as by submitting the "Request a Demo" form.
When you submit the demo request form, we collect the information you enter: first name, last name, work email, company name, Salesforce edition, and any message you include. We do not ask for or store passwords, payment details, or Salesforce credentials through this website.
We may also automatically collect standard technical information common to most websites, such as your browser type, general device information, and pages visited, typically through server logs or basic analytics.
We do not use the information you submit for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your personal information.
This site may use minimal, essential cookies required for basic functionality. If analytics tools are added in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and why.
We do not sell or rent your information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate this site and respond to demo requests — for example, our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Neon) — solely for that purpose, and under obligations to keep it confidential.
We retain demo request submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record, after which they may be deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see "Your Rights" below.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted to us by emailing privacy@integrationlens.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Submitted information is stored in a managed Postgres database with access restricted to our team. See our Security page for more on how we approach security generally, including for the Integration Lens product itself.
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
